MFA Students Win SPE Student Awards for Innovations in Imaging

Congratulations to MFA candidates, Martin Krafft and Alex Turner for earning the 2020 SPE Student Awards for Innovations in Imaging! Both in their third year of the Photography MFA program, Krafft and Turner walked away with two of the five scholarships available.

Jurors selected award recipients based on “work that demonstrates the most innovative and unique uses of photographic techniques. All lens-based technology is eligible (including video), as well as photo-based cameraless technologies.”

Both Krafft and Turner will be graduating from the School of Art in May 2020 with their Master in Fine Arts, emphasis in Photography.
