TFTV Alumnus and Director Chris Eyre (’91) on Native American Identity in Films

In honor of Native American Heritage Day, TFTV alumnus and award winning director and producer Chris Eyre hosts an exclusive conversation with AFI Movie Club hosts on Native American identity in the movies along with AFI Conservatory Fellows.
Eyre, a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Nations, made his theatrical directing debut with SMOKE SIGNALS, which was selected for preservation in the National Film Registry for being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.”
