Two Alumni Conducting in Carnegie Hall this week

The University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music is thrilled to share that two of its esteemed alumni will be conducting the New England Symphonic Ensemble in New York’s Carnegie Hall this week. An inspirational success story that illustrates the impact and reach of the choral program at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Scott Glysson, director of choral activities at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California will be conducting on Saturday, May 25, 2019. Dr. Lisa Billingham, professor of choral music education and director of graduate studies at George Mason University will conduct on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.

Both Dr. Glysson and Dr. Billingham earned their DMA degree from the UA Fred Fox School of Music.
