The 2024-25 promotion dossier templates and guidelines are now available for all tracks. Upcoming workshops, procedural changes and submission deadlines will be announced as they approach.

The nomination process has been simplified for the Provost Awards for Innovations in Teaching to a form that is completed by the departmental/unit level peer review committee. Candidates cannot be considered for this award unless the nomination form is completed. 

The Culturally Responsive Curriculum Development Institute (CRCDI) is a week-long, summer workshop for faculty and instructors to develop culturally responsive practices and pedagogy into existing courses of all modalities. DUE: April 1

Research, Innovation and Impact (RII) and the Office of the Provost announced the 2023-24 Request for Proposals for the Hispanic Serving Institution Faculty Seed Grant Program. Support for research and creative work by faculty that enriches UArizona’s designation as an HSI. Funding up to $25,000. DUE: April 15

Awardees of a CUES Fellowship receive a grant of $20,000 annually for up to three years in support of innovative university educational scholarship and education. Attend a proposal preparation workshop on March 14. The CFA deadline is March 22. Verify internal school deadlines with unit directors.

2023 Catalyst Seed Grants for UArizona’s Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP) program: Funding of up to $4,500 for new VIP teams for long-term, scalable projects that align faculty efforts in research and instruction and give undergraduate students hands-on, team-based experience in their disciplines.
