APPLY NOW

Admission to the College of Fine Arts is a Two-Step process. You must submit separate applications to the University of Arizona and the professional program to which you are applying in the College of Fine Arts.

What is No Major Selected?

No Major Selected is for those students who have been admitted to the University of Arizona and have not been placed in a College of Fine Arts Major.

Why am I No Major Selected?

When students select a College of Fine Arts Major on their UA Application, and are admitted to the U of A, they are placed in the No Major Selected category. Students remain in the No Major Selected category until a decision has been made regarding their College of Fine Arts application.

What is my next step?

For major approval, if you have not already applied, please follow these steps to complete an application to your College of Fine Arts major.

  1. Complete an application to your College of Fine Arts major
  2. Complete portfolio and/or audition requirements if necessary
  3. Receive decision from your College of Fine Arts major

Arizona Arts

"I started me getting into art actually through skateboarding, I grew up skateboarding when I was in high school so that's what sparked it. I wanted to get a camera to document my life and experiences with skateboarding so I bought a film camera and here I am two years later in art school. For me some of my favorite subjects to take photos of are skateboarding, concerts, portraits, and landscapes. Since I got here I have found a very accepting community within the art school and love being in the darkroom and a part of the the photo program community. But as I continue here at the university I hope to grow and expand my skills."
