The University of Arizona recognizes that mental health plays a foundational role in academic success and overall wellbeing. Beginning July 1, 2026, the university will offer free counseling to all students. Arizona Arts’ new offering Arizona Arts Rx prescribes students with arts helping students process emotions, reduce stress, and build healthy coping strategies.
